I realized that I actually don't share much about something that is a very big part of my life, which is working out. Exercising is part of my daily routine along with eating right and supplementing myself.
I've been trying out new products lately and thought it would be a great idea to let you know what they are and what they can do to you and your health.
I received these three from www.sportsresearch.com and so far so great! I got the Coconut Sweet-Sweat Stick, the Collagen Peptides and an Organic MCT Oil.
The Coconut Sweet-Sweat Stick is a workout enhancer, a topical gel that may help support and promote circulation and sweat when used during exercise. I apply it on my abs before doing cardio and it really does the job plus the scent is amazing!
The Collagen Peptides Powder contains hydrolyzed type 1 and 3 collagen sourced from grass-fed cows. Collagen is VITAL for the skin, hair, bones, joints, so this is a great and easy way to consume it. You can blend it with your fave drink or make a shake with it as well.
The Organic MCT Oil is comprised of Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) medium chain triglycerides sources from USDA coconut oil. MCT Oil is one of the fastest sourcrs of clean fuel for the brain and body and honestly is the easiest to use, you can add it to your coffee, shakes, salads, green juices (my fave) and it won't alter the taste AT ALL.
